Introduction 簡介

Chinese (mainly Cantonese) is the mother tongue of more than 90% of Hong Kong residents, so most columnists here write in Chinese. Although there are SCMP and the Standard, the columns in English are limited. In recent years, there are many co-written Chinese columns blogs, and also articles from various Student Union publications in universities. Yet few people write columns in English online. So we are here to pick certain columns, and translate them into English. We welcome volunteers to join our work. We are also trying to upload some documents from the colonial era. 中文（粵語為主）是香港絕大部分市民的母語，因而大部分專欄均為中文。雖然有南華早報和英文虎報，英文專欄有限。近年來有不少共筆型中文博客網，以及各大專院校媒體（如學苑、中大學生報等），然而在網上以英文寫專欄者寥寥可數，故我們嘗試搜羅不同專欄，譯成英文。我們亦嘗試把英治時期的若干文件作一個備份，以便有興趣研究香港歷史之人士參考。我們為義務性質，如有興趣協助翻譯、編輯工作，歡迎你聯絡我們。
